Description
A flavorful naan pizza topped with shredded chicken, fresh veggies, and a delicious tzatziki sauce.

- 2 naan breads
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce. Set aside.
- On a baking sheet, place the naan breads and drizzle a little olive oil over each. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes to warm them slightly.
- Remove from the oven and layer the shredded chicken evenly over each naan. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese, and then add the cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion.
- Return the naan pizzas to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once out of the oven, generously spoon tzatziki sauce over the top of each pizza and garnish with extra dill if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preference.
- For extra flavor, add some olives or bell peppers.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator and reheat in the oven.
