Description

A flavorful naan pizza topped with shredded chicken, fresh veggies, and a delicious tzatziki sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce. Set aside.
  3. On a baking sheet, place the naan breads and drizzle a little olive oil over each. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes to warm them slightly.
  4. Remove from the oven and layer the shredded chicken evenly over each naan. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese, and then add the cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion.
  5. Return the naan pizzas to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Once out of the oven, generously spoon tzatziki sauce over the top of each pizza and garnish with extra dill if desired.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preference.
  • For extra flavor, add some olives or bell peppers.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator and reheat in the oven.
