- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Prepare the Caramel Filling: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar until it turns golden. Add butter and stir until combined. Slowly pour in heavy cream, mixing until smooth. Stir in sea salt and vanilla. Allow to cool.
- Make the Whipped Cream: In a bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the Pie: Pour cooled caramel into the crust and top with whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, allow the caramel to cool completely before pouring it into the crust.
- You can add chocolate shavings on top for extra flavor and decoration.
