Description
Deliciously rich Valentine S’mores Brownie Bites, perfect for a sweet treat on Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Box brownie mix, plus the ingredients it calls for
- 1 Cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 ¼ Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini
- ½ Cup marshmallow fluff, or 20 mini marshmallows
- 1 Teaspoon oil, optional
- Sprinkles, optional
Instructions
- Make the brownies as directed on the back of the box mix, using an 8-inch square pan.
- Once baked and cooled, scoop from the inside of the brownies to avoid the crunchy edges. Squish it in your hand to soften.
- Flatten the brownie in your hand to form a small bowl shape. Place a small scoop of marshmallow fluff or a mini marshmallow in the center.
- Wrap the brownie around the marshmallow and roll to ensure it’s sealed.
- Repeat with the remaining brownies and place them on a plate in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Prepare a shallow dish with graham cracker crumbs and sprinkles.
- Microwave mini chocolate chips until melted, stirring in 20-second intervals. Add oil if needed.
- Using a fork or toothpick, dip each brownie ball in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in the graham cracker mixture.
- Place finished truffles onto a parchment-lined plate.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the chocolate shell has hardened.
Notes
- Using an 8-inch pan ensures a softer interior for the brownies.
- If chocolate feels thick, the addition of oil can help with dipping.
- These bites can be enhanced with colorful sprinkles for added appeal.
