Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, red onion, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss gently to combine.
