A refreshing and delicious salad combining sweet watermelon and crunchy cucumbers, topped with feta cheese and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Ingredients

- 6–7 cups watermelon, chopped
- 2 cucumbers, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Balsamic Glaze (to top)
- 1/2 lime
- 4 leaves of basil
- (optional) 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop up watermelon, basil, red onion, and peeled cucumber.
- For the version without olive oil, mix and plate the ingredients. Top with feta cheese, sprinkle with lime juice, and add salt. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
- For the version with olive oil, mix all ingredients in a bowl, including feta cheese, lime juice, salt, and olive oil.
- Plate the mixture and drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the feta cheese amount based on preference.
- For extra flavor, consider adding some mint leaves.
