Description

A refreshing and delicious salad combining sweet watermelon and crunchy cucumbers, topped with feta cheese and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 67 cups watermelon, chopped
  • 2 cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Balsamic Glaze (to top)
  • 1/2 lime
  • 4 leaves of basil
  • (optional) 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop up watermelon, basil, red onion, and peeled cucumber.
  2. For the version without olive oil, mix and plate the ingredients. Top with feta cheese, sprinkle with lime juice, and add salt. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
  3. For the version with olive oil, mix all ingredients in a bowl, including feta cheese, lime juice, salt, and olive oil.
  4. Plate the mixture and drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the feta cheese amount based on preference.
  • For extra flavor, consider adding some mint leaves.
