- 1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
- ½ small red onion (thinly sliced)

- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Rinse mixed greens under cold water and dry thoroughly.
- Segment the citrus: Slice both ends off the oranges and grapefruit, then remove the peel and cut into segments.
