Description

A festive and delicious 4th of July Cookie Cheesecake Pie with a cookie crust, creamy filling, and colorful decorations.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup crushed Chips Ahoy cookies
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract (optional)
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ cup cold whole milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mini patriotic M&M’s
  • ½ cup chopped Chips Ahoy cookies
  • ¼ cup red, white, and blue jimmies sprinkles
  • 1 cup whipped topping (for decoration)
  • Regular patriotic M&M’s (for decoration)
  • Extra patriotic jimmies (for decoration)
  • White star sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, crushed cookies, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened. Press firmly into a deep 9-inch pie plate and freeze for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond extract (if using) and beat until light and creamy.
  3. Whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened, then beat into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping, mini chocolate chips, mini patriotic M&M’s, chopped cookies, and patriotic sprinkles until evenly combined.
  5. Spread the filling into the chilled crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Pipe whipped cream swirls around the edge, decorate with patriotic M&M’s, jimmies, and white star sprinkles just before serving.
  7. Slice with a hot knife wiped clean between cuts and serve well chilled.
