A festive and delicious 4th of July Cookie Cheesecake Pie with a cookie crust, creamy filling, and colorful decorations.

- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup crushed Chips Ahoy cookies
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract (optional)
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- ½ cup cold whole milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup mini patriotic M&M’s
- ½ cup chopped Chips Ahoy cookies
- ¼ cup red, white, and blue jimmies sprinkles
- 1 cup whipped topping (for decoration)
- Regular patriotic M&M’s (for decoration)
- Extra patriotic jimmies (for decoration)
- White star sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, crushed cookies, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened. Press firmly into a deep 9-inch pie plate and freeze for 15–20 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond extract (if using) and beat until light and creamy.
- Whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened, then beat into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping, mini chocolate chips, mini patriotic M&M’s, chopped cookies, and patriotic sprinkles until evenly combined.
- Spread the filling into the chilled crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
- Pipe whipped cream swirls around the edge, decorate with patriotic M&M’s, jimmies, and white star sprinkles just before serving.
- Slice with a hot knife wiped clean between cuts and serve well chilled.
