Description

Deliciously crispy and creamy wontons filled with a sweet pineapple and cream cheese mixture, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup crushed or chunks pineapple drained
  • ¼ cup green onion diced
  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, pineapple, and green onions in a medium-sized bowl. Combine well.
  2. Spoon the filling in the center of each wrapper. Brush water around the perimeter to lightly moisten the wrapper.
  3. Fold the top and the bottom of the wrapper up and pinch the edges together, then pinch the remaining sides together, creating a pocket to seal in the filling.
  4. Lightly brush the exterior of each wonton with olive oil, place them in the air fryer, set the temperature to 300°F, and cook until the wrappers are crisp with golden, crunchy edges (7-9 minutes).
  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
