Bisquick Impossible Pizza Pie is a delicious must-try that combines all your favorite pizza flavors in a simple, baked pie form.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni + additional for topping
- 1 diced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with the diced onion in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook until the beef is fully browned.
- Once the beef is browned, add the chopped pepperoni and cook for a few minutes. Drain excess grease from the skillet. Add the marinara sauce and minced garlic, stir well, and remove the skillet from heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth.
- Spray a pie pan with cooking spray. Layer half of the ground beef mixture in the pie pan, followed by 1 cup of shredded mozzarella. Add the remaining beef mixture and top with another cup of mozzarella. Pour the Bisquick batter evenly over the top and garnish with additional pepperoni.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown and set.
