- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Fold in cooked chicken until well coated.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, mozzarella, bacon bits, and green onions.
- Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon over the top.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with remaining green onions.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, broil for a few minutes at the end.
- Can substitute chicken with leftover turkey for a different flavor.
