Ingredients

  • 4 large burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup hot salsa
  • 1.25 oz packet of fajita seasoning
  • 4 oz can of diced green chiles (drained)
  • 1 cup fiesta blend cheese
  • ½ cup chopped black olives

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, and fajita seasoning to create a creamy, flavorful base.
  2. Divide the creamy mixture evenly across all 4 tortillas, spreading it out to the edges.
  3. Sprinkle the diced green chiles, fiesta blend cheese, and black olives over the tortillas.
  4. Starting from one end, tightly roll each tortilla up, keeping the filling inside.
  5. Wrap each tortilla roll tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  6. Remove the rolls from the plastic wrap and cut off about 1 inch from each end, then slice the rest into 1-inch pieces.
