Description

Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll Breadsticks are a delicious twist on a classic pizza experience, perfect for snacking or sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pizza dough
  • 3 ounces Pepperoni, sliced
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning over the dough.
  4. Carefully roll the dough tightly from one long edge to the other, forming a log. Pinch the seams sealed.
  5. Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces. Place each piece cut-side up onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top of each breadstick.
  7. Slide the baking sheet into your preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Let them cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
