- 1 pound Pizza dough
- 3 ounces Pepperoni, sliced
- 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Flour for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning over the dough.
- Carefully roll the dough tightly from one long edge to the other, forming a log. Pinch the seams sealed.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces. Place each piece cut-side up onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of each breadstick.
- Slide the baking sheet into your preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let them cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes or fresh herbs.
- Serve with marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
