Description

A delicious and creamy stuffed baguette filled with cheesy spinach, artichokes, and mushrooms, perfect for appetizers or party food.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup finely diced mushrooms
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 bag (10 oz) baby spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 baguette
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley, torn

Instructions

  1. Cut the baguette into four sections and hollow each piece.
  2. Warm olive oil and cook mushrooms, then add artichokes and wilt spinach.
  3. Stir in cheeses, green onions, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fill baguette sections and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  5. Melt butter with garlic and brush over the slices.
  6. Wrap loosely in foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for 5 more.
  7. Top with Parmesan and herbs; serve warm.
