Description

Deliciously fun Cookie Monster Cookies that are perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (17.5 ounce) bag of sugar cookie mix
  • 1/2 cup salted butter softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • blue food coloring
  • 1/2 cup mini Oreos cut in half
  • 1/2 cup mini Chips Ahoy! cut in half
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 32 large candy eyeballs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to temperature specified on sugar cookie mix package. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar cookie mix, softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Add a few drops of blue food coloring to dough and mix until evenly colored.
  4. Gently fold in mini Oreos, mini Chips Ahoy!, white chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Using a large scoop (approximately 3 tablespoons), scoop dough and roll into balls. Place on prepared cookie sheets.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 13-16 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and immediately press candy eyeballs into front of each cookie while still warm.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

  • Make sure to let the cookies cool before handling to maintain their shape.
  • Adjust the number of candy eyeballs based on personal preference.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
