- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 small garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.
- Add crumbled feta and Greek yogurt to the processor.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle in olive oil and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Scrape down the sides as needed to ensure even texture.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh parsley and extra feta if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes if preferred cold.

- For a spicier dip, add a dash of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
