A delicious and creamy dish featuring Cajun-seasoned chicken and rice.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced into cutlets
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- Cajun seasoning to taste
- Onion powder to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- Cooked white rice enough for 4 servings
Instructions
- Cook white rice according to package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
- Season chicken cutlets on both sides with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
- Wipe out excess oil from skillet and add butter. Melt over medium heat.
- Pour in heavy whipping cream and stir to combine. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, and black pepper. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Let simmer for 1 minute.
- Fluff rice and divide among serving plates. Slice chicken, lay over rice, and spoon Cajun Parmesan cream sauce over the chicken. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more Cajun seasoning.
- Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve with a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
