Description
Crispy Air Fried Radishes are a delicious and healthy snack, seasoned and cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb radishes, ends trimmed and quartered
- 1 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
- Optional garnish: freshly chopped parsley
- Optional garnish: freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- After rinsing and trimming your radishes, pat them completely dry.
- Place your prepared radishes in a large bowl. Drizzle with your oil and sprinkle with your seasonings.
- Toss well to evenly coat each piece.
- Air fry your seasoned radishes, in 2 separate batches, for 8-10 minutes at 400F, shaking the basket halfway to flip the radishes.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired.
- Enjoy while hot or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Notes
- Make sure the radishes are fully dry before seasoning to ensure maximum crispiness.
- Shaking the basket halfway through cooking helps to cook the radishes evenly.
