Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1 package of garlic-flavored bread rolls (or white bread)
- Butter (for spreading)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: diced onions, pickles, or other cheeseburger toppings
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- Add onions if desired, and cook until soft.
- Roll out each garlic bread roll and flatten slightly.
- Layer cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese on each roll.
- Roll them up tightly, seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Best eaten fresh out of the oven. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
