Description

A creamy and delicious crockpot dish featuring ravioli, chicken, and a blend of sauces for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 23 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic & herb seasoning blend (such as buttery garlic herb mix)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Season evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and the garlic herb seasoning.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce and Alfredo sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is fully covered.
  4. Cover and cook on high for about 3½ hours, or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks, then mix it well into the sauce.
  6. Add the frozen cheese ravioli and gently stir to coat with the sauce mixture.
  7. Cover again and cook for an additional 30 minutes, allowing the ravioli to heat through.
  8. Stir in most of the shredded mozzarella, reserving a small amount for topping.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top, cover, and let it sit until the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
