Ingredients

  • 1 (26-ounce) bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar sliced pepperoncini peppers with juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter, diced

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen meatballs into the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning mix evenly over the meatballs.
  3. Pour in the sliced pepperoncini peppers along with their juice. Add the water.
  4. Scatter the diced butter over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, stirring occasionally, until heated through and coated in the rich sauce.
  6. Serve hot as an appetizer or spoon over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles for a hearty meal.

  • For a spicier kick, add more pepperoncini peppers to taste.
