Description

A delicious and easy recipe for sweet and sour meatballs made in a crockpot.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs frozen meatballs
  • 1 (20 oz) jar sweet chili sauce
  • 1 (18 oz) jar apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste
  • Green onions, sliced (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the crockpot.
  2. Stir until the ingredients are combined, then place the lid on the crockpot.
  3. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours.
  4. Garnish with green onions and serve over rice as an entree, or as an appetizer with toothpicks.

  • Adjust the crushed red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level.
