A delicious and easy recipe for sweet and sour meatballs made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs frozen meatballs
- 1 (20 oz) jar sweet chili sauce
- 1 (18 oz) jar apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste
- Green onions, sliced (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the crockpot.
- Stir until the ingredients are combined, then place the lid on the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Garnish with green onions and serve over rice as an entree, or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
Notes
- Adjust the crushed red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level.
- This dish can be served as an appetizer or main course.
