- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped fruit (strawberries, kiwi, or pineapple recommended)
- Graham crackers or extra fresh fruit for dipping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping. Be careful — fold, don’t beat.
- Fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and chopped fruit until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with graham crackers or fresh fruit for dipping. Enjoy!
