A fun and sweet Easter Dessert Dip that combines cream cheese, fruit, and chocolate for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed if frozen
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped fruit (strawberries, kiwi, or pineapple recommended)
  • Graham crackers or extra fresh fruit for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Be careful — fold, don’t beat.
  3. Fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and chopped fruit until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill for about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with graham crackers or fresh fruit for dipping. Enjoy!
