- 2 cups milk
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (16 oz) package graham crackers
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until well combined. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the diced apples with the caramel sauce and cinnamon. If using, add the chopped pecans and stir to combine.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the graham crackers on the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, followed by half of the apple mixture.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, pudding mixture, and apple mixture.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, drizzle additional caramel sauce on top if desired and garnish with extra pecans.

- For a richer flavor, use homemade caramel sauce instead of store-bought.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor and texture.
