- 1 lb crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
- 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into strips

- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the crab meat, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and optional sriracha in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread your cooked sushi rice evenly across the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer the crab mixture over the spread rice.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with nori strips, chopped green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
- Enjoy the dish warm with family and friends.
