Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into strips
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the crab meat, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and optional sriracha in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spread your cooked sushi rice evenly across the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Layer the crab mixture over the spread rice.
