Description

This Easy Crispy Flatbread topped with Brie, cranberries, and toasted walnuts, drizzled with hot honey, is a delicious and simple appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pack store-bought flatbread or naan
  • 1/2 cup Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Evenly arrange the Brie slices, then scatter the dried cranberries and toasted walnuts over the top.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, make the hot honey drizzle: In a small saucepan, heat the honey over low heat and stir in the red pepper flakes. Let it warm for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  6. Drizzle the hot honey over the baked flatbread. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and a pinch of salt.
  7. Slice and serve immediately!
