Easy Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches

Description

A simple and delicious breakfast sandwich made with croissants, scrambled eggs, honey ham, and cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 croissants sliced in half
  • 6 eggs scrambled
  • 20 slices honey ham
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook eggs according to your preferred doneness, set aside.
  3. Slice your croissants in half, set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, heat your butter and brown sugar until the sugar is dissolved, then stir in your mustard.
  5. Brush the mixture on one side of each croissant.
  6. Place about 4-5 slices of ham on the bottoms of each of the croissants.
  7. Top with a slice of cheese and then with 1/4 of your scrambled eggs.
  8. Place the other half of the croissant on top and wrap in tinfoil.
  9. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the ham with your preferred protein or make it vegetarian by omitting it.
  • You can add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes for extra flavor.
