Ingredients
- Juicy steak (your choice; sirloin recommended)
- Cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- Fresh garlic (to taste)
- Heavy cream
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Sear the steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, sear to desired doneness, remove, and let rest.
- Sauté the garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Make the cream sauce: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring gently.
- Combine everything: Add cooked tortellini and sliced steak to the sauce, tossing to coat. Mix in grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
