Description

A quick and delicious Garlic Steak Tortellini dish that combines tender steak, creamy garlic sauce, and cheese-filled tortellini, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Juicy steak (your choice; sirloin recommended)
  • Cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • Fresh garlic (to taste)
  • Heavy cream
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the cheese tortellini: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, sear to desired doneness, remove, and let rest.
  3. Sauté the garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Make the cream sauce: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring gently.
  5. Combine everything: Add cooked tortellini and sliced steak to the sauce, tossing to coat. Mix in grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
  6. Serve hot: Plate and enjoy your Garlic Steak Tortellini.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat with a splash of cream or milk to maintain creaminess.
