- 1 can Pineapple Chunks (reserve some juice for the glaze)
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/4 cup Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup Honey (maple syrup can be used as a substitute)
- 1 tablespoon Pineapple Juice (reserved from canned pineapple)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the smoked sausage into 1-inch pieces and arrange in a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Drain the pineapple chunks while reserving 1 tablespoon of juice. Add pineapple to the pan with the sausage.
- In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, chili sauce, honey, and reserved pineapple juice.
- Pour the glaze over the sausage and pineapple, gently stirring to coat.
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
- Serve warm, either straight from the pan or on skewers.
