- 4 low-carb wraps
- 3/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 12 bacon strips (cooked until crispy and crumbled)
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 3 large beefsteak tomatoes (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
- Black pepper to taste (freshly ground)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann’s preferred)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, fry bacon slices until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Slice tomatoes lengthwise and place in a large dish. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Coat tomato slices with the mixture.
- In a small dish, combine mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of the drained tomato basting mixture.
- Lay a wrap flat, smear with 1 tablespoon of the flavored mayo, then layer with lettuce, crispy bacon, and marinated tomatoes.
- Roll the wrap securely and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately.

- For best flavor, use freshly ground black pepper.
