- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl, and sprinkle half over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter on top and sprinkle the rest of the swirl mixture. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then add cream cheese frosting or other toppings if desired.
