Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix chopped pecans, crushed graham crackers, and brown sugar until evenly combined. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
- Form the Balls: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls with your hands.
- Coat with Powdered Sugar: Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
- Chill and Serve: Place the pecan pie balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
