- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- ⅓ cup barbecue sauce

Instructions
- Soak: If you’re using wooden skewers, soak them in a bowl of water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat: Preheat your outdoor grill to medium or medium-high heat, or preheat an indoor grill pan over high heat.
- Combine: In a large mixing bowl, add the sausage, peppers, onions, parsley, olive oil, and toss to coat.
- Season and Toss: Evenly sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Skewer: Assemble the skewers in an alternating pattern of sausage and veggies, making about 8 skewers total.
- Grill: Place the skewers on the grill grates, cook for 2 minutes.
- Rotate and Baste: Rotate the skewers, brush with barbecue sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Repeat until done.
- Cook until the sausage and veggies are charred as desired, around 8 minutes for an outdoor grill and 10-12 minutes for an indoor grill pan.
- Garnish: Optionally sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
