- 4 cups Potatoes, thinly sliced

- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Transfer the beef mixture into the greased baking dish. Layer thinly sliced potatoes over the beef, overlapping slightly. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes. Pour beef broth or water around the edges and drizzle milk if using.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and potatoes are tender.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve hot.
