Description

This Homemade Freezer-Friendly Pizza Dough is perfect for meal prep, allowing you to have fresh pizza dough ready at any time.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1000 g bread flour
  • 200 g sourdough starter
  • 750 g water
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 30 g lard
  • 60 g sugar
  • 20 g salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and let rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Perform the stretch and fold process every 20 minutes for 2 hours, completing six sets.
  3. Allow the dough to ferment for an additional 2 hours at room temperature.
  4. Divide the dough into portions weighing 280–300 grams.
  5. Roll each portion into a smooth ball and place in lightly oiled plastic containers.
  6. Seal the containers and place them in the freezer.
