Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and salt, then gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk until a thick dough forms.
- Add peppermint extract and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Knead dough on a lightly sugared surface until soft.
- Roll to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into discs.
- Chill patties for 30–45 minutes.
- Melt chocolate gently and stir frequently.
- Add coconut oil if using.
- Dip patties into chocolate and coat fully.
- Place on parchment and add sprinkles.
- Let set until chocolate hardens.
