- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 12 oz green candy melts (or white chocolate with green food coloring)
- Assorted green, white, and orange sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs. Alternatively, crush them in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin.
- Combine with Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the Oreo crumbs until well combined. Add Irish cream liqueur if desired.
- Chill the Mixture: Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
- Roll into Balls: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill Again: Refrigerate or freeze the tray for 15-20 minutes to hold their shape.
- Melt the Candy Coating: Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions and stir until smooth.
- Dip the Truffles: Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage, and tap off excess chocolate.
- Decorate While Wet: Sprinkle tops with green, white, and orange sprinkles while the coating is still wet.
- Let Them Set: Allow the truffles to sit at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate coating is set.
