- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each slice of white bread using a rolling pin until thin and flexible.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice of flattened bread.
- Roll each slice tightly into a log, sealing the edge by pressing gently.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon together for coating.
- Brush each roll with melted butter, then roll generously in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place the coated rolls on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Let cool slightly before serving to allow the filling to set.
