Description

A delicious and spicy twist on traditional monkey bread, featuring jalapenos and cream cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup canned sliced jalapenos, drained and diced small
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 16 oz cans refrigerated jumbo biscuits, sliced into quarters
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together butter, jalapenos, and cheddar.
  2. Add in quartered biscuit pieces and toss to coat well.
  3. Place half of dough into a greased Bundt pan.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with cubed cream cheese.
  5. Place remaining dough on top of cream cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.
  7. Turn out onto a serving platter and allow bread to cool slightly before serving warm.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, use spicy jalapenos or add red pepper flakes.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and baked before serving.
