Description

Kentucky Pecan Pie is a delicious dessert that combines chocolate and pecans in a rich filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9-inch) deep dish unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Combine chocolate chips, nuts, eggs, sugar, butter, flour, and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 1 hour or until the top of the pie is set.
  4. Allow to cool before slicing. Serve slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
