Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, garlic powder, and egg to the melted cheese, mixing until a uniform dough forms.
- Place the dough on the baking sheet and shape it into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 8 equal breadstick shapes.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
