Description

Longhorn Steakhouse’s classic Parmesan Chicken, a deliciously cheesy and crispy chicken dish that’s perfect for dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in one dish.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs and milk together.
  4. Put flour in the third dish.
  5. Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Cook chicken in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer cooked chicken to a baking dish.
  8. Mix the remaining Parmesan with the mozzarella and minced garlic.
  9. Top the chicken with the cheese mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

  • Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Feel free to add vegetables on the side for a complete meal.
