- 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in one dish.
- In another dish, beat the eggs and milk together.
- Put flour in the third dish.
- Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Cook chicken in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked chicken to a baking dish.
- Mix the remaining Parmesan with the mozzarella and minced garlic.
- Top the chicken with the cheese mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Feel free to add vegetables on the side for a complete meal.
