Description

A refreshing and vibrant Mexican Fruit Salad perfect for summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ watermelon seedless, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cantaloupe peeled and chopped
  • 23 mangos peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups pineapple fresh, cut into chunks
  • 12 cucumbers peeled (if desired) and chopped
  • 1 jícama peeled and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Tajin for sprinkling
  • 2 limes depending how juicy, you may want an additional lime

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop all fruit into large chunks.
  2. Peel the jicama and dice, cut the cucumbers into chunks.
  3. Add the fruit and vegetables to a large bowl.
  4. Squeeze 2-3 limes over top and sprinkle liberally with Tajin.

  • This salad can be customized with your favorite fruits.
  • Adjust the amount of Tajin and lime to your taste.
