Description
Delicious and festive 4th of July Ritz Cracker Peanut Butter Sandwiches coated in white chocolate and decorated with patriotic sprinkles.

- 48 Ritz crackers
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 12 oz white candy melts or white melting wafers
- 2 tsp coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional)
- ¼ cup red, white, and blue jimmies
- ¼ cup patriotic star sprinkles
- 2 tbsp white nonpareils
- extra sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt for 2–3 minutes until smooth, fluffy, and thick.
- Spread about 1½–2 tbsp of filling onto 24 Ritz crackers. Top with the remaining crackers, press gently, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Melt the white candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir in coconut oil if needed for easier dipping.
- Dip each sandwich halfway into the melted white chocolate, let the excess drip off, and place back onto the lined baking sheet.
- Immediately decorate with patriotic jimmies, white nonpareils, and star sprinkles before the coating sets.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate is completely firm.
- Arrange on a festive platter and serve chilled or at cool room temperature.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese.
- Make the filling about ¼ inch thick.
- Freeze before dipping.
- Dip only halfway.
- Use premium white candy melts.
