- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup red, white, and blue sprinkles
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the graham crackers and cocoa powder until fine.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until just incorporated.
- Layer the graham cracker mixture and cheesecake in small cups.
- Top with sprinkles.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
