Description

Indulge in this easy no-bake Oreo Cream Pie that’s perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 25 Oreo cookies wafers & filling
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
  • 10 Oreo cookies, chopped

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or place them in a Ziploc bag and bash with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Place the crust in the fridge as you make the filling.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until soft.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping followed by the chopped Oreo cookies.
  7. Spoon the filling into the pie crust, smoothing the top.
  8. Place in the fridge to chill for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

  • To Store: Keep leftover pie covered in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • To Freeze: Wrap in plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 1 month. Defrost in the refrigerator before serving.
  • You can use a premade, store-bought Oreo cookie crust if preferred.
  • Use a flat-bottomed dry measuring cup to press and pack the cookie crumbs evenly.
  • Choose different flavors of Oreo cookies for variety.
  • Add 1 cup of powdered sugar if you prefer a sweeter filling.
