Description

A creamy, cheesy artichoke dip that’s perfect for gatherings and quick snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Mix it all together; this is where the magic begins!
  3. Fold in the chopped artichokes until everything is evenly blended.
  4. Spread the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with parsley if you wish, and serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or toasted bread.

Notes

Consider using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version. You can add spinach or red pepper flakes for variation.
