Description
A creamy, cheesy artichoke dip that’s perfect for gatherings and quick snacks.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Mix it all together; this is where the magic begins!
- Fold in the chopped artichokes until everything is evenly blended.
- Spread the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with parsley if you wish, and serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or toasted bread.
Notes
Consider using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version. You can add spinach or red pepper flakes for variation.
