- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, extending the paper over the edges for easy removal later.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle the granola, mini chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts evenly over the top of the yogurt mixture.
- Place the baking dish in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours, or until completely firm.
- Once frozen, lift the yogurt slab from the dish using the parchment paper overhang.
- Cut the frozen yogurt into bars of your desired size. Serve immediately, or store the bars in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.
Notes

- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by using more or less honey or maple syrup according to your taste.
- These bars make for a fantastic high-protein snack or dessert option.
- You can add different mix-ins like dried fruits or seeds for added texture and flavor.
- Ideal for warm weather treats and can be shared at family gatherings or as a nutritious snack.
