Description

Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars are a delightful snack combining creamy Greek yogurt and rich peanut butter, topped with granola and chocolate chips, perfect for warm weather.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, extending the paper over the edges for easy removal later.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle the granola, mini chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts evenly over the top of the yogurt mixture.
  5. Place the baking dish in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Once frozen, lift the yogurt slab from the dish using the parchment paper overhang.
  7. Cut the frozen yogurt into bars of your desired size. Serve immediately, or store the bars in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.
