Description
A delicious dessert combining the flavors of peanut butter and jelly in a cobbler form.
Ingredients

- 2 x 21 oz cans of strawberry pie filling
- 17.5 oz package peanut butter cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Pour both cans of pie filling into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Pour the cookie dough mix and melted butter into a mixing bowl. Stir until fully combined.
- Sprinkle the cookie dough in small clumps over the pie filling. Cover the top as evenly as possible.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the cobbler until the peanut butter cookie topping is nicely browned, about 35 – 40 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and allow the cobbler to cool slightly.
- Serve while warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For an extra touch, consider adding chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the cookie mixture.
- This cobbler can be served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for added indulgence.
