Ingredients
Scale
- 26 oz frozen fries
- 24 oz jar tomato sauce
- 10–15 slices pepperoni
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning, divided
Instructions
- Cook the frozen fries according to package instructions. For best results, use an air fryer or your preferred method.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, pour in the tomato sauce and heat until warmed through.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce and season with half of the Italian seasoning.
- Layer the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Allow the cheese to melt fully. Meanwhile, place the cooked fries in a bowl and season them with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Transfer the seasoned fries to a serving platter, laying them out in a single layer. Carefully pour the warm sauce, melted cheese, and pepperoni mixture evenly over the fries. Serve warm.
Notes
- For spicier fries, consider adding sliced jalapeños or crushed red pepper flakes.
- These fries can be customized with additional toppings such as olives, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
- Leftover fries can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
