Description

A delicious twist on comfort food, Pepperoni Pizza Fries combine the classic flavors of pizza with crispy fries for a fun and indulgent treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 26 oz frozen fries
  • 24 oz jar tomato sauce
  • 1015 slices pepperoni
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning, divided

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen fries according to package instructions. For best results, use an air fryer or your preferred method.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, pour in the tomato sauce and heat until warmed through.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce and season with half of the Italian seasoning.
  4. Layer the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Allow the cheese to melt fully. Meanwhile, place the cooked fries in a bowl and season them with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  6. Transfer the seasoned fries to a serving platter, laying them out in a single layer. Carefully pour the warm sauce, melted cheese, and pepperoni mixture evenly over the fries. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For spicier fries, consider adding sliced jalapeños or crushed red pepper flakes.
  • These fries can be customized with additional toppings such as olives, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
  • Leftover fries can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
